 I know I'll get flammed for this one. I'm sure alot of you will cry, while the vast majority of you will laugh your butts off. Feel free to flame me because I'm right...I'm due for a good troll flame fest,roast if you will. Just want to point out to the community, how they appear to outside vistors. Like a bunch of forum noobs.

Alot less QQ on these forums, more pew pew please....

I troll these forums everyday, I'm up and down everyboard. Things i see:

- a vast majority of Whiney ex-wow players wishing this game was wow and nerdraging because its 100x better and they can't handle the fact that their precious noob-catering/first time MMO now actually has some decent competition.

-people feeling the need to post about a topic that already has 400 posts on the same topic on the front page (Really not necessary, it really makes me wonder if there is any adults around here, and how they made it through life acting like such children)

-A bot stole my kill, I hate bots, ban all bots, you're not doing it fast enough, I want it now now now. Okay listen, They're working on it. Maybe not as fast as they could be, but give them time, the game has been out in the united states for less then 2 months. No, this isn't korea, no need to bring that up. This is the US, koreans do CSR for United States, be thankful for that. Give NCSOFT a minute, and let them work out the issue. They're aware of it, they've notifed the community this. But to beat a dead horse like you've never see a bot or a credit farmer in another game ever? Then you must not have ever played a real MMO. If its a certain quest npc, ask for help from a guild mate, or a passerby. Don't come to the forums complaining that its NCSOFT's fault when you weren't man enough to take action on your own child.

-Nerf "X" class post ,because they suck at pvp and can't handle the factor that this isn't simplistic and actually requires something they know nothing about, skill.

- I'm level "X" and have no quests this game sux I'm leaving.....When I was at level "X" , I had a full quest journal, still do actually, I'm looking to delete quests and had to pass up so many just because this game has so many quests to offer....

- Give me a PvE server...This ones killer to me, the game description clearly stats this is a PvPvE game, say it with me now all you noob carebears, PvPvE. Its kinda like going into a car dealership, purchasing a luxary car, car salesmen tells you its a luxary car, and you still buy it, wait a week, then cry because a dodge viper is 10x faster.......Learn to read and comprehend ,seriously.

-PvP's a gank fest... This one is almost as good as the last one, I mean really, the only thing you're accomlishing by coming to the forums and saying this, is showing all of us how you're a whiny crybaby that noone wants to be around nor play with, in good reason. If its a gank fest, get some friends and gank them back. Really simple logic. I know, its ground breaking, right?

-Joe noob complaining about Balance in pvp but he's only level 25.... I think I'll end it here, noone should speak on pvp whatsoever untill they are level 50. If you speak on pvp, prior to level 50, you are doing nothing more then telling us what a dummy you are. No game, I repeat, no game is going to balance their profs min level to max level. That alone would take centuries to complete. Wait till you are level 50 before you even think about coming here and being a retard.

I pretty tough, but I'm sure people are just down right tired of hearing all the crying. I know I am, hope you enjoyed =) Again, laugh... Its fun to do it once in awhile.

 Looking to draw as much attention to the topics at hand as possible, in hopes that maybe I'll reduce the whining by 10%... Even that alone will make a HUGE difference. I want people to realize its a game that can be enjoyable, if they allow THEMSELVES to enjoy it.

I understand there are many problems that actually are problems, notice, I hadn't put those in there. Things like the Cryengine.dll, that actually need to be addressed for many people ASAP. That is an  issue. The above mentioned are not. Definitly not to the level these people make it out to be.

You forgot one:

- Mr. Asshat who is so terrified by liking something that others do and has to go against the grain that he has to close his eyes tightly and be a fanboi of any company who comes along and screws the masses. He ignores the fact that there are no GMs, no control, no rules, no bagspace, no working broker, 1000s of botters, broken mechanics, hundred of DCs during sieges, no flight in a game sold on the premise of flight, and tons of others. He is just a blind fanboi who will bash anyone who doesn't like a broken game and claim they are from Wow, when he doesnt' realize that 80% of the people in Aion are from a game other than Wow, hence the staff of said companies being let go and their subs dying, and a few losing $23 million in a quarter.

Lol. Bots aren't an issue. Then why is it causing thousands to leave the game? And yes, I mean thousands. I think you should try to get in touch with the masses and the other players and get out of your little box. This game may be picking up new people every day, but it's bleeding subs. Only a handful of the original people are left.

If you cannot manage to get done what you need ot get done, while  a bot is present... You fail. Sorry, but its no different if someone was really playing that toon and was in your way. You'd still have to take the necessary measures to complete the task right? So why make 1000 threads crying about it? Bots are in every game, you are the classic definition of fail.

Not exactly true.  Lower DPS classes can have problems completing certain quests when there are bots around that aren't programmed to choose a new target if the mob they're after already has aggro on another player.  Most bots are programmed to change targets, but not all.  It can be an issue... however, as a sorcerer, I've not found any quests I couldn't complete.  A couple took longer than they should have because bots were killing all the mobs, but I was able to complete those without issue.  However, were I a cleric, it might not have been so easy...

Mate, not sure if you read the entire post....And no, I'm not calling you a child, thats how it was originally wrote word for word and where the extension of the opinion comes from. Its up to the player, not matter what game, to take as much initive as possible to succeed, no matter what challenge it put fourth. So far, bots haven't presented that challenge at all. And it needs to stop being made out like it is.

I'm a templar....ad i can still get what i need done while questing/gather/etc....so not seeing why others having a problem besides maybe clerics...

Your whole response can be summed up with, grab a guildie for help.Stop crying about it, like its actually completly shutting you down. How funny is that? Kids not smart enough to call a friend for help.

These are solo quests.  The fact that one must recruit a group to compete with bots to complete a mundane solo quest demonstrates that bots can, indeed, be a problem.  It's not enough of a problem in my mind to warrant a ragequit, but I think you're completely off base if you don't see this as a problem.  In that sense, requiring a group for a solo quest is a design problem and/or a problem with bots being rampant, which indeed is NC Soft's fault.

That's not to say we need a new thread about it every 5 minutes.  But you're simply wrong to assert that somehow this isn't a problem and folks should stop raising it as an issue.  It IS an issue, whether you want to admit it or not.  I personally have faith it is in the process of being addressed, but not everyone is so optimistic.

Yea, you do have a point there.

Not that I would do it, but such action (i.e., griefing) would be a violation of the ToS, petitionable, and actionable by GMs.  Just the same as bots are.

Secondly, it's a straw man argument because by your comment, one would think this kill stealing by legitimate players is a rampant issue that everyone deals with on a regular basis - which simply is not the case.  Bots, by contrast, are rampant, and I believe everyone in game that leaves Sanctum (or whatever it's called in Asmo land) has had to deal with bots kill stealing at one point or another.

You're right there's ways around it.  But you're wrong in suggesting that folks should just "suck it up and deal with it" as opposed to pressing NC Soft to do something about it.  And again, I agree that there's no need for a thread every 5 minutes.  But it's a legitimate issue, and you're assertions to the contrary are simply off base.

2ndly, you auto assumed from your first post for whatever reason that people need to suck it up and deal with it. I never said that, but you know what? It makes sense. My points on the issue are as follows, if you're not going to take action into your own hands, don't come crying to the forums about it. That simple.Noone is exausting all options, and again its no different if it was a real person or not.Who gives a crap about a ToS nonsense.If you actually think thats going to stop people from being idiots, you're just plain stupid. I noticed below you actually qouting me on saying that, where is that qoute? Maybe you need to re-read what you first qouted me on, I'll give you a distinct clue, its in the last sentence. 3rdly if you're going to have a debate, have your facts str8 first. Read the posts, then try and argue because you're 0 for 3 in playing the know it all routine. Should I start accusing you of senseless crap that you've never done? Should I tell you that you've said "Such and such" when you haven't? My post is clear as day. Sorry if you're having trouble comprehending the fact that you're wrong.

So just to be clear.  When you say "less QQ and more pew pew" and when you suggest that it's the player's fault for not exhausting all options (i.e., getting a group for a mundane solo quest), you're not telling folks to "suck it up and deal with it?"  Sorry for using quotes, as it wasn't a direct quote.  But that's the jist of what I get from your post.  That is, I read you saying folks should stop complaining about it because they're idiots for not having grabbed guildies to complete a solo quest.  If that's not what you're suggesting, then I appologize, but that's certainly what I took away from your post.

Less qq more pew pew, means less crying and more action....Actions speak louder then words, if someones not going to do what it takes, why are they coming to cry? For a shoulder to lean on? Fine, cry on my shoulder, but keep it in 1 post, we don't need 500 stating the same darn thing.

I love how you say theres no gms. Ive seen many banning bots in many xones. including both major cities.

no rules and no controll. controll over what exactly? there are rules..a nd people do get in trouble for breaking them. Ive reported many racist/ignorant people. and i have gotten timly repled everytime.

Also no  bag space? really? you really think this is a problem? pretty sure you can expand your cube. the cube expanding shugos live in the ah/warhouse areas of both major cities. i encourage you to do some more exploring.

I semi agree with you on the botters.  BUT.. while they are a problem.. they ARE being dealt with. If only one could snap their fingers and make all problems go away instantly. if that could happen life would be sweet aye?

I dont think the broker is broken. would i like to be able to sell more then ten things at once? Sure would!! is it a game breaking flaw tho? hell now.. especially since i can make a private store and sell tons more.

the crashes are way annoying and i agree they need to be fixed. wow we agree on something. wanna secks?

um flight isnt what sold me on this game. pvp and pvpve is what sold me on this game. i knew even b4 i started PLAYING the game that flight was going to be limited. have you ever read the lore? did yo do ANY research b4 you started playing?  Most of what i saw was that there would be arial combat/flight..which... there is. so.. ..?

remember.. oppinions are like poopholes.. everybody has one. sorry yours isnt the same as the majority of the players. if you dont like the game... WHY ARE YOU PLAYING IT!?

wah wah wah. What's the difference between fighting against a bot stealin the mobs u need to kill and a bunch of non english speaking idiots doing the same damn thing? Simple fact: This game, nor any game, cannot make EVERYONE happy. Lots of people will quit because our society as a whole, no matter what country your in, has become lazy and desires instant gratification. "If I can't be level 50 now or the end of the week then I quit." Let me warm up a symphony of world's smallest violins. I have no problem with grinding.  I have no problems with this game.  This game is still relatively new.  There WILL be growing pains. But this can go round and round and round. I see a bunch of spoiled little kids crying about this and that. If your not enjoying the game then go back to WoW or whatever game you came from (which seems odd cause there must have been SOME reason the previous game played was left in the first place). Then you can go back to crying on those forums too. Some people just can't be pleased at all. You want to see a messed up game? try Shaiya. Try 2moons. Try Eudemons. This reply is not directed at any one person, but the the folks that probably can't enjoy anything in real life much less online.
