Notice from the Postal Services Association

Well met! The United Postal Services Association of Atreia has for decades provided timely deliveries of standard and express mail, as well as warehouse storage via subsidiaries. Our Board of Directors has recently informed us that they intend to merge world servers, and appointed a committee responsible for resolving and reviewing any mail logistics issues likely to be encountered in such a major undertaking. The committee wants to give our postal services customers information that it hopes will be useful given the impending server merge.

Q: Will we be able to keep our mail after the server merges?

A: Yes, all mail will transfer over to your new server, including attachments. However, to eliminate any likelihood of anything going wrong with your mail and attached items, read and delete your mail, and store attached items in your inventory.

Q: Will our Account Warehouse items still be in our Account Warehouse?

A: Yes, Account Warehouse items will be transferred along with the characters.

Q: What if I have Elyos and Asmodian characters on the same server after the server merges?

A: Account Warehouses are not shared between Elyos and Asmodians. The Customs Service would simply never agree to it. If you end up with both Elyos and Asmodian characters on the same server, your Elyos and Asmodian Account Warehouses will be separate.

Q: What if the total amount of items in my Account Warehouse exceeds the total limit after the servers have been merged?

A: All items will be saved in the Account Warehouse, but you will not be able to access any items that do not fit within the Account Warehouse's 16-slot limit. Any items exceeding 16 are still stored in the Account Warehouse, but will remain invisible until some items have been moved to another storage space, such as a character's Cube or Warehouse.

If you have any additional inquiries regarding Warehouse, mail, and express mail services, contact the Aion community team. They manage all feedback solicitation on behalf of the United Postal Services Association.

Yours sincerely,

Kaknyerk
Chairman, Board of Directors
United Postal Services Association of Atreia
