In order to improve the user experience, we've updated our account management system. The updated account management system provides a simpler and more secure way to manage your NCSOFT profile and game accounts using a single email address.

- NON-EMAIL LOGIN -
If you're currently using a username to log into your account instead of an email address, you'll be asked to update your account when at your next login.
Updating your account with an email address is a simple 3 step process and will look like this.
Enter a valid email address and click "Submit".
Verify your email address. You can also change your email address or resend the verification email.
Click "Verify Now" to complete the process.
Click "Continue" to confirm the process and you're done!
For those few that have multiple Lineage II or Aion game accounts on one PlayNC account, you'll have to choose which accounts you want to place on a single email.

Q: I have an NC Account; do I have to update my email address too?
A: No, simply log in to access the updated account management system.
Q: Do I need multiple email addresses if I have multiple Lineage II accounts?
A: Yes, only one Lineage II account per email address.
Q:What happens if I don't verify my email address within 24 hours?
A: It is released and you will have to go through the 3 step process again.
Q: Can I link my Guild Wars 2 account to my NC Account?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Can I still play the game without updating my account?
A: You can still log into the game with your original credentials but every time you visit the website it will ask you to update. Once you update, your login will be your email address.
