Sauro Supply Base & Steel Rose Instance Modifications

During the November 6 maintenance, some significant changes have been made to the Sauro Supply Base and Steel Rose instances. Overall, there has been a reduction in difficulty level to make them more player-friendly. Now’s your chance to get in there and show those bosses who’s boss! Specific changes are as follows:

Steel Rose Changes

  • Modifications apply to Steel Rose Cargo, Deck and Quarters.
  • Players will deal 40% more damage.
  • Players will receive 20% less damage.

Sauro Supply Base Changes

  • Players will deal 30% more damage.
  • Players will receive 10% less damage.
  • All named mobs will now have a chance to drop full gear and accessories.

And, for a limited time, the Sauro Supply Base Time Scroll, which resets the timer on this instance, will be on sale for 80 NCoin, 50% off its regular price.

Weekly Server Maintenance, November 6, 5:30 AM Central

There will be a scheduled maintenance period tomorrow, Wednesday, November 6 from 5:30 AM to 9:00 AM Central Time. The game servers will be unavailable for approximately 3.5 hours.

- Changes -

  1. Routine server updates and modifications.
  2. Nightmare Circus event will be ending. Event keys, time scrolls, and transformation cards will no longer be on sale. Please use up your items!
  3. Harvest Revel-related store items will no longer be on sale.
  4. Combat Lockboxes will no longer drop in game and the key will no longer be on sale.
  5. Wealth Lockboxes will drop in game and the key will be on sale.
  6. The difficulty of Sauro Supply Base will be reduced. Gear from the instance will also be easier to obtain and entry cooldown reset scrolls will be on sale for 50% off.
  7. The difficulty of all Steel Rose instances will be reduced.
     

Additionally from 7 AM to 10 AM Central, web login, account creation, and store purchases will be unavailable.

Rainbow Snake In-Game Costume Party Event

All Hail the Rainbow One! As part of the Harvest Revel festivities, the Aion team is throwing a costume party featuring the chromatic brilliance, Rainbow Snake! Put on your scariest, funniest, or silliest costume and meet up with your fellow Daevas for some spooky stories with the Aion team.

  • Siel & Israphel – 2:00 to 3:00 PM Pacific
  • Tiamat & Kahrun – 4:30 to 5:30 PM Pacific

If you don’t have a costume, swing by anyways! We’ll be offering 6-hour Jack-O-Lantern hats via survey at Pernon and Oriel around the time of the event for the costume-devoid Daevas.

What happens to my tickets I currently have open?

Our support agents will continue to answer tickets opened in the old support site. You will receive all responses via email and you can reply by email too.

How do I reply to the tickets I have open?

You can reply to your open tickets through email. However, you will not be able to log onto the old support site and any new ticket you wish to submit will need to be open through our new site.

Why is there a security alert for the website?

Because the site is new, you may be prompt a security alert on your first few visits. Rest assured, the site is completely safe and the security alert will disappear in a matter of days.
